The general Terms & Conditions of Sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the ‘User’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘You’ or the ‘Customer’) & ‘Emma Catherine Creations’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘We’, 'Our' or the ‘Website’), belonging to the business Emma Catherine Creations. Both parties accept these Conditions unreservedly. These General Conditions of Sale are the only conditions that are applicable & replace all other conditions, except in the case of express, written, prior dispensation. We maintain that, by confirming your order, you have read & do unreservedly accept our General Conditions of Sale. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and Emma Catherine Creations as they are used to protect your rights as a valued customer & our rights as a business.


Emma Catherine Creations is a work in progress, & as such things may change, be added or be taken away. We reserve the right to update the Website & these Terms of Service from time to time, at our discretion & without any notice. It is solely your responsibility to keep up-to-date with the latest Terms and Conditions by checking back regularly. Your continued use of the Website following the publishing of updated Terms of Service will be taken to mean that you have read & agree to the changes.


All Emma's products are designed & manufactured in the UK. 

Please be aware that all products may vary slightly in colour & appearance from the images on the website. At Emma Catherine Creations we take great care when putting product information, descriptions and images online but will not be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions to any information given. May also vary due to the organic nature of materials the products are created with & the nature of how colours appear on different electronic screens. You are always welcome to get in touch if you have any further queries or questions relating to any of Emma's artworks or products through our contact page. 


Due to the nature of many of the items sold on this website being handmade or ordered in relatively small quantities from local suppliers, shipping times may vary. Please see the delivery section for delivery estimates. If a product should become unavailable after your order has been confirmed & paid for, we will contact you personally immediately & offer to refund the price you paid for the product within 30 days following the date of payment. If your order includes products that are temporarily unavailable, we can offer the option to send the available products out first & will follow with the outstanding items once they are available again. You of course will not be charged shipping fees for the rest of the order. If relevant, we can offer you a replacement for an unavailable product, a product of equal price & quality. If you accept the replacement and then wish to return it to us in the conditions outlined under 'Return & Refunds', the return postage will be covered by us. If you choose to decline this offer, and the original product is permanently unavailable, we will reimburse the price of the unavailable product. Please note if your order is required for an event such as birthday or wedding that will occur within the next 7 days please contact us prior to ordering to so that we can ensure you will receive your order on time your event.


We currently offers multiple ways to pay for your order, PayPal or Credit/Debit Card. These payment options use advanced SSL encryption to keep your transaction secure and do not cost you anything to use (Emma Catherine Creations is charged as the seller, you are not charged as the buyer) so you will not pay any extra for your order. You do not need to hold an account with these Merchants to use these methods of payments. Please refer to PayPal for full terms and conditions of use.

Commissioned/bespoke illustrations cannot be returned once they have been completed & paid for.
